Mold Remediation
A 1960's era home had multiple pipes burst due to extreme cold temperatures. Much of the house stayed wet since no one was living in it. This caused mold to grow in the upstairs bathroom and in various other locations within the house.
As a result, much of the house and the entire bathroom was gutted. This included sanding the beams, floor, and other structural materials. The sanding is used to remove any mold spores from the porous materials. After this sanding, a HEPA vacuum us used to remove the loose materials. Air scrubbers are used to remove any airborne particulates. Lastly, an anti-fungal was used to ensure that any remaining mold or spores are killed.
