Severe Mold Damage in Fort Worth, TX
In June of 2022, a pipe burst in this Fort Worth, TX home. To make matters worse, the homeowner happened to be out of town for a month, and had no idea his home was being flooded. This caused massive water damage, which lead to severe mold inside of the property. In this before picture, you can see the mold creeping up the wall. In the after picture you can see the amount of demolition and reconstruction needed to remove the mold properly. The floor was not salvageable, and the drywall had to be removed. The after picture was taken in August of 2022.
