Following an eviction, a property manager called our team to assist in cleaning up an apartment unit to prepare it for a new tenant. Due to the unsanitary conditions and overwhelming odor in the unit, the flooring, walls, ceilings, cabinets, and appliances had to be removed. The entire interior had to be gutted and rebuilt.
